**Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Work in a structured team environment to support existing and prospective client relationships.
* Provide vision to accurately match our investment ideas with clients objectives. Review customer portfolios and based on the institutions stated investment objectives, financial position, resources and assets available to invest, provide information and advice on the purchase and sale of securities.
* Effectively host analyst and company management teams with clients, for meetings, dinners and other events.
* Complete projects and provide support to Institutional Sales team.
* Participate in conference calls, team meetings, company meetings, etc.
* Solve routine and difficult problems that might arise in normal day to day business.
* Continually learn and maintain a high level of understating for our research products.
* Write and verbally deliver concise summaries of our research for utilization by the team.
* Compile data and perform scenario analysis on the companies followed by our Research teams.
* Remain current on industry rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
* Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus one to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**
Series 7, Series 63 required
**SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED**
* Advanced: Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing
* Intermediate: Alphanumeric Data Entry, Contact Management
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to work extended hours as required.
