Salary: $41.66 \- $69.72/hour + $5,000 sign\-on bonus!
ER Manager Opportunity:
- Responsible for direction of the Emergency Department staff.
- Supports and empowers staff to embrace the mission and value statements of the hospital.
- Uses the triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients.
- Manages staff in the Emergency Department, provides management of operational and nursing activities
- 12\-hour shifts from 7am â 7pm
- ER Manager reports to the CNO
ER Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing with three (3) or more years experience in all aspects of critical care nursing preferred.
- ER Manager must have current RN License within the state of practice.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Successful completion of critical care course.
