Emergency Room Nurse
Registered nurses provide and coordinate care for patients. Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limited to assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs.
You will demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
You will promote hospital customer service initiatives.
You will utilize the nursing process for individual care to meet the needs of patients.
Current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
Parkridge East Hospital is a 120+ bed facility in East Ridge. We provide a full range of medical and surgical services. These services include orthopedics and robotic surgery. We have a 24/7 Emergency Department. The facility also offers obstetrical care and complex gynecological procedures. We also hold a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Specialized providers in the NICU include neonatologists, neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists. These staff are on site at all times. Visit us for excellent general and OB care!
