ER Registrar - Full -Time | Days

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in
Blue Ridge, Georgia, to hire a dedicated ED Registrar who will serve as the
first point of contact for patients entering the Emergency Department

In this vital front -line role, you’ll be providing a
warm welcome, accurate registration, and seamless coordination with clinical
staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist patients with
  professionalism, empathy, and efficiency during shifts
  
• Collect and verify patient
  demographics, insurance, and personal information accurately
  
• Enter and update patient records in
  the hospital’s EHR system
  
• Collaborate with ED staff to
  support timely admissions and patient flow
  
• Respond to patient and visitor
  inquiries regarding hospital procedures and policies
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Experience: 1+ year in a
  hospital, clinic, or medical office preferred
  
• Intermediate computer proficiency
  & data entry accuracy
  
• Strong interpersonal and
  communication skills
  
• Ability to remain calm and
  effective in a fast -paced, high -pressure environment
