The Role

You'll triage, assess, and stabilize patients of all acuity levels in a fast-paced emergency setting. From trauma activations to behavioral health crises, youll be the frontline responder for critical care decisions and patient support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide rapid assessment and emergency stabilization

Administer IVs, medications, and emergency interventions

Collaborate with trauma and physician teams

Document in real time and ensure continuity of care

Support patient families in crisis situations

What Youl'l Bring

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Active RN License (Florida or compact)

Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience

BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (TNCC preferred)

Ability to perform under pressure with professionalism and calm
