Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) - Coastal Florida

We're seeking an experienced ED RN who combines clinical excellence with compassionate care to deliver exceptional emergency medical services to our diverse patient population. Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-acuity emergency care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center
• Perform rapid patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Manage multiple critical care patients simultaneously
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Supervise and mentor clinical support staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or compact license eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred
• Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Current PALS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
