Position Overview

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessment and triage across all age groups and acuity levels

• Provide critical emergency interventions and life support measures

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or multi-state license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (BSN preferred)
• Current BLS certification prior to start date
• ACLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (obtainable within 90 days)
• Strong clinical decision-making and prioritization skills
• Excellence in communication and teamwork
