Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ER RN to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. As an ER RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in our emergency department. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and often high-stress environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assessing, triaging, and providing direct patient care in the emergency department.
Stabilizing patients and performing life-saving interventions as needed.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications: Active RN license in Georgia.
At least three (3) years of recent prior experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room.
No more than a six-month gap in working in the emergency room setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment

Compensation: $44.00 - $54.00 per hour
