• Increase Organic Gifting and Develop Monthly Seeding Program

• Organize internal seeding lists and identify brand fans
• Expand internal gifting program by leading product sendouts from office

• Lead Social Calendar

• Create and post engaging content consistent with our brand DNA and in line with social media trends
• Organize and ensure the social marketing calendar is updated based on holiday sales, promotions, and new product launches.
• Monitor social media for most up-to-date and relevant content

• Manage Community and UGC Rights

• Manage Erborian FAQ and answer all customer queries on social
• Build relationships with content creators
• Monitor engagement
• Present unique strategies to engage community
• Identify UGC opportunities and create relationships with new creators
• Collaborate with Ecommerce team for best use of UGC materials and terms
• Work hand in hand with Central Digital Media Team to optimize social paid (media) activity

• Manage Product Closet

• Coordinate product orders
• Manage internal spending budget and ROI for product seedings

• Increase Brand Presence Through New Platforms 

• Onboard social media platforms to aid Erborian’s US awareness goals
• Consistently track competitive landscape for best-in-class brand experience.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree

• 1 year+ of experience in working with social media
• Content creation
• Having a strong personal presence on social media could be an additional asset

• Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills
• Wide degree of creativity
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and platforms (Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram)

• Must present a positive, professional and energetic attitude, be able to work in a team, be proactive and remain self-motivated
• Must be detail oriented, and have excellent organization and time management skills
• Must have strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must have some experience with graphic design (Ex: Adobe Suite or Canva)
• Beauty industry know how, passion for cosmetics/beauty products
• A self-starter with the ability to problem solve and brainstorm in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and act with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to work effectively with and present to individuals at all levels.
• A keen listener, capable of receiving feedback and pivoting strategy with agility and analytical aptitude.
• Must be an ambassador of the Erborian Brand

• Must be available from Monday to Friday
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including travel to NY office at least 4X-8X monthly or as needed.
