This role will elevate ERGs from community-based networks to business-aligned capability builders that strengthen inclusion, engagement, leadership development, and talent outcomes. This leader will serve as a connector across regions, functions, and leadership, ensuring ERGs are globally aligned, regionally relevant, and deeply integrated into Lam\u2019s culture and growth strategy.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nERG Strategy \u0026 Governance\n\n * Reimagine a global ERG strategy aligned to Lam\u2019s Inclusion \u0026 Diversity and talent priorities.\n * Review and update governance, standards, and operating rhythms to ensure consistency, scalability, and impact.\n * Partner with HR, business leaders, and ERG leads to align ERG priorities with enterprise goals.\n * Evolve ERGs into platforms that support leadership development, mentoring, and capability building.\n\n\n\nProgram Leadership \u0026 Elevation\n\n * Drive the modernization and elevation of ERGs, from engagement forums to high-impact talent and culture accelerators.\n * Design and scale global ERG programs (e.g., leadership experiences, speaker series, mentoring, community impact).\n * Ensure ERGs contribute to key initiatives such as onboarding, career development, and employee engagement.\n\n\n\nGlobal Connectivity \u0026 Community Building\n\n * Serve as the central connector across ERGs, regions, and business units.\n * Build strong partnerships with regional leaders to ensure cultural relevance and local activation.\n * Foster collaboration across ERGs to drive cross-community impact and shared learning.\n\n\n\nLeader Enablement \u0026 Capability Building\n\n * Coach and support ERG leaders with tools, frameworks, and development opportunities.\n * Create playbooks, toolkits, and training to strengthen ERG leadership effectiveness.\n * Position ERG leadership as a development pathway for high-potential talent.\n\n\n\n## What you\u0027ll do (continued)\n\nMeasurement \u0026 Impact\n\n * Define and track KPIs tied to engagement, retention, internal mobility, and leadership development.\n * Leverage data and insights to continuously improve ERG effectiveness and demonstrate business value.\n * Provide executive-level reporting and storytelling on ERG impact.\n\n\n\nExecutive \u0026 Stakeholder Engagement\n\n * Partner with executive sponsors to strengthen visibility, advocacy, and accountability.\n * Prepare materials and insights for senior leadership to support ERG initiatives.\n * Act as a trusted advisor on inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement strategies.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master\u2019s degree with 12+ years of experience; or equivalent experience\n * 8\u201310+ years of experience in HR, Learning \u0026 Development, Inclusion \u0026 Belonging, or related fields\n * Proven experience leading or scaling ERG or community-based programs in a global organization\n * Experience working across regions, cultures, and complex stakeholder environments\n * Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Connector and collaborator who builds trust across diverse groups\n * Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action\n * Passion for developing people, strengthening culture, and enabling belonging at scale\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n\n#LI-DM1\n\nSalary\n\nCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 - $287,000.00.\n\nThe above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
