Description

The JF Petroleum Group stands as a premier leader in the North American fueling infrastructure industry, offering comprehensive turn-key solutions for distribution, construction, and service needs. We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers. 

The ERP Administrator will perform various administrative and support functions related to our ERP system which includes various software packages. The selected candidate will need to work out of a JF Petroleum Office and support Pacific or Central/Mountain Time Zone. 

Job Duties:

  •  Review and resolve to ServiceMax integration error logs 
  •  Create and decommission user accounts and permissions
  •  Assist with testing during development projects
  •  Answer ERP and SVMX support tickets 
  •  Create documentation imports and data entry as needed
  •  Other ERP related tasks and special projects as assigned by the ERP Manager
  •  Support for users throughout the organization in both BC and SVMX with troubleshooting, issue resolution, process improvements and training
  •  Analyze the error logs from integration and resolve the issues
  •  Continuously look for ways to improve BC and SVMX to make it more efficient for employees
  •  Field a wide range of user issues and questions for both BC and SVMX
  •  Maintain all roles and permissions for BC and SVMX
  •  User administration and maintenance for BC and SVMX
  •  LMS admin – set up users with training courses and user maintenance
  •  Set up employee cards for new hires and re-hires in BC Create, update and receive transfers as needed
  •  Perform testing for updates and new processes before implantation to all users
  •  Disable users in BC, SVMX and LMS when they leave the company
  •  Help with inventory clean up during inventory counts and when someone leaves the company
  •  Research inventory issues
  •  Support customer portal and billing team

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with ServiceMax or BC preferred
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to Multitask 
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 
  • Experience with ServiceMax, Microsoft Navision or other ERP products 
  • Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company 
  • Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
