ERP Analyst - Financial Systems (Maintenance & Support)

About the Role:

We are seeking an ERP Analyst to join our Financial Systems team, focusing on the maintenance and support of Oracle ERP (NetSuite) and connected financial systems. The ideal candidate will support system stability, troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone with a strong systems mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Troubleshooting

• Monitor system performance and resolve ERP-related tickets across finance modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve integration errors between ERP and connected systems (e.g., Salesforce, payroll, banks)
• Coordinate with users to replicate and resolve issues promptly

Enhancements & Maintenance

• Manage small system configuration changes and user permission updates
• Assist in testing patches, new releases, and enhancements
• Collaborate with the technical team to maintain scripts, workflows, and customizations

Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain functional documentation for recurring support issues, workflows, and configurations
• Support the development of training materials for end-users and finance staff

Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and M&A integration teams to support new acquisitions and system onboarding
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants when needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP support or financial systems analysis, ideally with NetSuite or similar platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems and change management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
• Experience with system administration, user management, and functional testing
• Familiarity with SuiteScript or other ERP scripting tools is a plus
• Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo) is an asset
