IT ERP APPLICATIONS \nFULL TIME / 8AM - 5PM / 8- HOURS PER PAY \n \n \nThe ERP Programmer/Analyst Sr : \n\u2022 Provides advanced-level programming and systems analysis support for a broad array of strategic/tactical projects as assigned. \n\u2022 Participates in all areas of project life cycle, including: project definition, project estimating, systems design, computer programming, systems implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and documentation. Particular emphasis is placed on the implementation of integrated hospital/corporate computer systems. \n\u2022 Functionally provides technical guidance to entry- and intermediate-level programming staff \n\u2022 Acts as leader and coordinator of team assignments and goals \n\u2022 Has no administrative supervisory responsibility \n\u2022 Is free to interact within general guidelines in a broad scope of responsibility to recommend, design, develop, and implement information systems that meet departmental objectives within functional area of responsibility \n\u2022 Is required to draw upon his/her practical experience, and demonstrate development of extensive operational technical knowledge as well as advanced knowledge in developing business relationships and partnerships \n\u2022 Demonstrates the ability to integrate advanced technical skills with knowledge of the business to provide effective information systems solutions \n\u2022 Demonstrates the ability to handle all activities of developing an information system, from initial project review and scope definition to final systems implementation, with only minor supervision and direction \n\u2022 Will respond to the software malfunctions of assigned systems and provide support and assistance to operations and users to correct and avoid future recurrence of production application problems \n \n\n\n \nEducation: Associate Degree w/6+ years job experience \u0026 3 years ERP experience required. \nor \nBachelor Degree w/4+ years job experience \u0026 2 years ERP experience required. \n \nIT area of study or related area required. Related areas of study include Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiology, Mathematics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory, Pharmacy, or Medicine. \n \n \nCertification: Project Management Certification is preferred\n\n \nExperience: Please see the experience requirements located in the education section. Requires knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, and good analytical and documentation skills \nSkills/Other: \n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to technically contribute as a team member to strategic and tactical projects \n\u2022 Employee possesses knowledge and ability to accept independent responsibility to lead tactical projects of advanced complexity \n\u2022 Proven analytical and problem-solving skills \n\u2022 Proven organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously \n\u2022 Proven effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with technical staff, management, customers, vendors, other employees, physicians, patients, and visitors \n\u2022 Proven verbal and written communication skills \nCompetencies Required: \nSpecific Competencies: \n\u2022 Provides a senior level of application/network/server/AS400/Mainframe/etc. troubleshooting by the following: \no Knows the application platform and database for each application supported \no Demonstrates the ability to use remote control software (i.e. PCAnywhere, Proxy, etc.) to aid application issue resolution \no Knows where and what to look for when monitoring the application on a server to verify a backup was done \n\u2022 Demonstrates an understanding of Active Directory (AD) for those applications that use AD for security \n\u2022 Knows, understands and provides input to the Disaster Recovery plan for each application he/she supports \n\u2022 Monitors Information Systems operating parameters for compliance guidelines \n\u2022 Implements and maintains notification process/procedures for equipment failures and performance degrading situations \n\u2022 Maintains service recovery procedures \n \n\n
