What You'll Do as an ERP & Business Systems Manager:

• Oversee & manage the company's ERP system (Acumatica) and related software, ensuring systems meet the needs of each department.
• Coordinate & prioritize feature requests with the programmer and department leaders to guide system development.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure consistent and effective use of software, including AI tools.
• Research, recommend, & implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and processes.
• Serve as the bridge between departments and technology, aligning software capabilities with business goals and workflows.
• Work full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday (7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility on start and end times).

Our Ideal ERP & Business Systems Manager:

1. Experienced: 3+ years working with ERP or business systems (Acumatica experience a plus) and a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2. Process-minded: Skilled at developing and streamlining workflows across departments.
3. Strategic: Excited to pioneer new technology and be a key part of company growth.
4. Communicator: Able to explain technology clearly, train non-technical users, and support adoption.
5. Industry-savvy: Construction, manufacturing, or other project-based industry experience strongly preferred, or ability to quickly learn construction workflows.
6. Tech-forward: Proven ability to research, recommend, and implement software or AI solutions that improve efficiency.
7. Collaborative Leader: Enjoys bridging technology and business needs, with potential to grow into leading a small team.
