This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ERP and Database Reporting Manager. In this role, you will oversee the reporting and analytics functions for ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and optimal reporting capabilities. You will act as a strategic partner, enhancing the usability of systems and driving improvements through data-driven insights. This position will support various business functions, enabling informed decision-making and facilitating operational efficiency. Accountabilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within NetSuite ERP to enhance usability, automation, and data integrity.
- Design and manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, custom fields, forms, and roles to support evolving business processes.
- Own and optimize NetSuite ERP reporting, including Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks.
- Lead reporting and analytics development within NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
- Oversee SQL-based analysis, data transformations, and validation processes.
- Translate business requirements into system enhancements and reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including reporting and system configuration.
- Strong experience with NetSuite development concepts.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of ERP data structures.
- Proven ability to drive ERP improvements and process optimization.
- Experience with NSAW or similar analytics/data warehouse platforms.
