ERP Coordinator / 1st Shift - Join a Market Leader

Position Summary
This position is to support data entry and validation into the ERP system. The position will be available as a hybrid position after initial training. The position will be 100% on the computer.

Key role responsibilities
Input new parts and maintain standard product data and their relationships within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (i.e., JD Edwards).

• Maintain all individual part item master data and their relationships within ERP systems.
• Process and manage engineering change orders and engineering action requests (ECOs/EARs).
• Trouble shoot/audit modified product data entries including bill of materials (BOMs) and routings.
• Conduct regular audits by reviewing data integrity (including: BOMs, routing, item master details)
• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating practices and procedures.
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
• Other support duties as assigned by Materials Manager.

qualifications and experience
This position requires 2+ years applicable experience using ERP systems, focused on data entry positions

Required Skills:
Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office products
Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
Must have a complete understanding of configuration management concepts and principles (Bill of Materials (BOM), part numbering, etc.)
