ERP Division Manager

We are looking for an experienced Division Manager to lead the company’s ERP domain, combining business vision, technological understanding, and strong leadership capabilities. The role includes strategic and professional management of the division, leading project teams, and working closely with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all division activities and lead complex projects
• Lead and manage professional teams, including Project Managers, Implementers, and Developers
• Own strategic customer relationships from requirements gathering through delivery
• Manage budget, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Drive innovation, processes, and technological integrations

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a P&L unit and large teams
• Experience leading significant projects and working with enterprise clients
• Strong management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Technological background and familiarity with ERP environments; cloud and AI experience – an advantage
• High level of English
