We are looking for an ERP Implementer who will be focused on Acumatica implementations and customer support. This position requires working with customers assessing business requirements, performing implementation and testing, as well as support tasks.  We are looking for an individual who is creative and can think outside-of-the-box. The ERP Implementer should be able to function equally as well independently or as part of a larger implementation team. 

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

· Implement and support ERP systems for new and existing customers.  Specific responsibilities include design, product configuration, testing, data conversion and go-live support.  

· Provide detailed consulting estimates and implementation project plans.  

· Establish and maintain advisor relationship with customers. Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with business stakeholders. 

· Provide weekly status reports.  

· Follow industry Ideal implementation methodologies and best practices.  

· Lead requirements gathering and design activities, interact with consulting team and client core team to collect information, lead and/or oversee and provide guidance on configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities of medium size or complex organizations. 

· Proactively communicate status, issues, and concerns to the departmental Director.       

· Continue to expand effective verbal and written communication skills: 

· Facilitate group discussions with team members and customers; 

· Develop accurate written material and provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.  

· Monitor project budgets and be able to deliver within them.  Independently manage work schedule and organize assigned tasks to meet deadlines, independently resolve scheduling and workload conflicts while responsible for multiple activity streams and tasks. May work with Director/Project Manager to identify and delegate project tasks to team members.  

· Acquire and maintain required ERP Certifications as assigned 

Requirements

This role can be office based or remote/work from home. Travel will be required for different implementation assignments.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT  

· Minimum of 3 years implementation and support experience with SYSPRO, Acumatica or a comparable ERP solution including accounting, distribution and/or manufacturing applications 

· Industry certifications a plus  

· Experience working directly with customers  

· Excellent people skills 

· Experience with as consultant or reseller a plus
