ERP Specialist - Business Systems Manager

Our rapidly growing manufacturing company is looking for an expert ERP Professional to lead planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning solution. Position will play a lead role in initial migration, system integration, enhancements, process improvement, and ongoing user support. 

Primary focus of the position will be first on installation of our new ERP system ensuring a well-organized migration and successful execution by aligning system capabilities and solitions with the unique business needs. Secondary to implementation projects, position focus will have emphasis on daily user support, solutions, and training across affiliates using Epicor or other ERP solutions.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in ERP implementation across multiple solutions, with strength specifically in Epicor or M1. Must be able to operate in a role that requires high independence, and balances tactical responsibilities and delivering strategic solutions.

Position Accountable For:

· Project manage multi-company ERP implementation & configuration

· Manage key system to ERP integrations

· Ongoing system optimization, processimprovement, data management, reporting, analytics

· Provide ongoing user support & training 

Required

• 7  or more years’ experience in leading complex ERP implementation projects: design, testing, and deployment
• Progressive ERP applications experience in manufacturing environment
• Autonomous, meticulous, with excellent project management abilities
• Strength in assessing, translating business needs into technical solutions and process flows
• Strong communication skills, ability to interface effectively at all levels of  the organization
• Some ability to travel occasionally as needed between WI/IN

Preferred

• SQL programming/script knowledge 
• Strength in Epicor or M1
• B.S./B.A in Science, Information Technology/Systems or a related field
