ERP Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) related tickets submitted by staff at both sites.
• Resolve technical challenges resulting in process improvement for organizational performance, improving efficiency, and monitoring outcomes.
• Train end-users on the optimal use of reports and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions. 
• Update and create new customizations across the ERP system.
• Maintain “change logs” for any updated or new customizations and notify staff of changes.
• Develop an understanding of Orion’s manufacturing models, goals, departmental processes, and requisite reporting requirements.
• Provide database quality control; investigate and resolve data and reporting inconsistencies; develop and implement workflow, data entry, collection, and reporting procedures.
• Assist with conducting user acceptance testing of system modifications. 
• Assist with creating and maintaining standard practices for new and existing processes.
• Work collaboratively with staff to discuss departmental/program goals; ensure the database provides the required information and is used to its fullest capacity.
• May serve as liaison with outside agencies on data analysis and reporting issues and needs.
• Coordinate with Information Technology (IT) support tickets as needed.
• Act as an organizational representative in all situations, setting a strong example of professionalism, work completion and quality, and commitment to organizational goals and ethics.
• Support Managers in building reports.
• Other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL, C#, JavaScript, Excel, Power BI, Bartender Labels, Bold Reports or SSRS and APIs.
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP system user experience (UX) customization.
• Understand database structures and data flows for troubleshooting and resolving data issues related to data syncs, imports, system upgrades, customizations, etc.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Aptitude to dive into data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders. 
• Self-motivated, hard-working team player with proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting critical deadlines.
• Associate’s degree in computer science or related field.

Wage Range:

The pay range for this role considers several factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, education, and other business needs.
