Escrow Funder

Summary of Position

The Escrow Funder is responsible for performing key accounting tasks to support the Escrow operations of Executive Title Agency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review closing invoices for accuracy.
• Accurately disburse a high volume of closings once funded.
• Balance funds on the closing transaction.
• Verify all incoming/outgoing wire information.
• Release outgoing wires.
• Prepare daily accounting log.
• Review outstanding check log.
• Analyze files for discrepancies prior to disbursement.
• Locate funds from bank and receipt into file.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires at least 5 years of relevant escrow experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
