We are hiring Escrow Officers for our Orlando office. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with real estate and escrow experience, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple files with accuracy, and works collaboratively as part of a team.

FULL TIME (HYBRID) ORLANDO (MUST BE LOCAL)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute residential real estate closings

• Provide notary services and escrow management

• Deliver excellent customer service and client support

• Ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the closing process

Qualifications:

• Experience with closings and escrow management

• Notary certification

• Strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of residential real estate transactions

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with title/escrow software systems
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills; minimum typing speed of 45 WPM

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
