Escrow Success Team Lead — Title Clearance Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Sun Title is seeking an experienced and dependable Escrow Success Team Lead to support and guide our Title Clearance function. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and overall success of our title clearance process, working closely with Escrow Officers, Title Examiners, and team members across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Title Clearance team, offering training, guidance, and workflow coordination
• Review title documents and transaction files to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with clients, escrow officers, and lenders throughout the title process
• Assist with document preparation including deeds, POAs, and discharge papers
• Maintain title compliance and accuracy through software platforms like ResWare and SoftPro
• Foster a collaborative, respectful workplace culture that reflects Sun Title’s values
• Support organizational goals through cross-functional projects and community engagement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in title/escrow services
• At least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role
• Advanced knowledge of title clearance workflows and relevant software
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Valid Title Producer’s License (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
• Ability to work onsite and occasionally assist with light office maintenance or errands
