We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business. \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects and programs for ESG within the Global Logistics Organization. You\u2019ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.\n\nIn this role, you will directly contribute to implementing strategy, enhancing data integrity, and supporting cross-functional sustainability projects that align with our corporate vision and departmental commitments. The ideal candidate works independently on complex assignments with a high degree of initiative, bringing both strategic insight and operational rigor to ESG efforts with creative problem-solving skills and tenacity. This candidate will be joining a small team with a large purview should be comfortable working across many levels and geographies, operating both as a data analyst and strategic thinker. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nSupport Strategy Implementation through ESG Projects\n\n * Lead ESG projects that support GLO\u2019s sustainability strategy and long-term vision.\n * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify ESG opportunities and integrate sustainability into operational decision-making, leveraging AI to build modeling scenarios for use cases and decision outcomes.\n * Support GLO integration into new business processes, such as packaging and spares, serving as a SPOC to aid in building end-to-end process understanding and driving ESG into decision-making.\n * Provide actionable insights for management to support decision-making through data collection and analysis.\n * Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.\n\n\n\n## What you\u0027ll do (continued)\n\nOwn data management \u0026 reporting\n\n * Own and manage ESG data systems for GLO, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across global operations. This role will drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting processes, including leveraging AI to drive automation and standardization.\n * Implement and maintain ESG methodologies in alignment with evolving standards such as the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocols.\n * Ensure compliance with internal and external ESG reporting requirements, including annual ESG disclosures. \nMonitor regulatory framework and industry developments to ensure GLO ESG practices remain current and effective, leveraging AI to effectively meet company and market needs.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.\n * 5-7 years of experience in project management, ESG, sustainability, or environmental data management, preferably in logistics, operations, or supply chain.\n * Strong analytical and project management skills in highlymatrixed and complex environments. \n * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across global teams.\n * Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.\n * Familiarity with ESG and sustainability concepts, such as carbon footprinting, water stewardship, waste reduction practices, green building standards, and/or sustainability reporting standards. \n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n * Experience with ESG reporting software and data visualization tools.\n * Familiarity with circular economy principles and sustainable logistics practices.\n * Familiarity and understanding with reporting frameworks including SBTi, GHG Protocol, CDP, and other sustainability reporting standards.\n * Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
