ESP DIFA Technician

Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Disassemble and inspect failed ESP components to help identify what failed and why it failed.
• Provide detailed teardown findings along with photographs after the dismantle to the Reliability Manager.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis and Dismantle and Inspection reports of failed electric submersible pumping (ESP) systems
• Conduct Root Cause Failure analyses using industry standards 
• Maintain all dismantled wells 
• Help coordinate ESP teardown scheduling
• Support the Permian Reliability Manager
• Support Sales during Customer Failure Reviews 
• Provide statistical analyses of Run Lives, Root Causes, and Failures

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to communicate in a professional business manner
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• At least one years’ experience in ESP Reliability Engineering 
• Solid technical writing skills
• Strong computer skills
