ESP Operations Support Specialist

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Under general supervision, provides support to multiple functions of ESP shop operations

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Be able to maintain a consistent work schedule Monday-Friday.
• Be available to work a weekend on call schedule when needed.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to the Order Fulfillment team.
• Provide support to Order Fulfillment by coordinating with 3rd party tool suppliers.
• Provide support to the Inventory team for equipment movement and tracking.
• Responsible for locating and accurately verifying various components of ESP systems that have been allocated to quotes.
• Coordinate with the Testing Administrator to reduce response time for paperwork submission.
• Coordinate with the DIFA team to increase accuracy of failure analysis and testing reports. 
• Provide support to the Testing Administrator by building and distributing outbound equipment status reports to the Sales team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year of ESP experience is preferred.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel, Word

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items in the work area.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
• Must be able to accept changes of priority and complete assignments when interruptions are frequent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is usually performed in an office, shop, and equipment storage yard setting.
