Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Location

Hybrid opportunity based in either York, PA or Lancaster, PA, with an expectation of working in the office at least three days per week.

Note

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Attorneys at any experience level are encouraged to apply, including those from private practice, solo practice, or in-house legal backgrounds.

Job Description

  • Advise clients on estate planning, elder law, asset protection, Medicaid planning, trusts, wills, probate, and estate administration.
  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Guide clients through complex legal matters with compassion and clear communication.
  • Conduct client consultations and develop customized legal strategies.
  • Participate in educational seminars, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust, education, and proactive legal counsel.

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar license required.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Estate planning, elder law, probate, Medicaid planning, or related experience is welcomed but not required.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Passion for helping families navigate important life decisions.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a client-first approach.
