Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney who enjoys helping clients, managing interesting legal matters, and making a difference.

• Manage estate planning, probate, estate administration, and elder law matters from start to finish.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianship documents.
• Meet directly with clients, understand their goals, and provide thoughtful legal guidance.
• Represent clients in relevant court proceedings and administrative matters.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to deliver excellent client service.
• Build lasting client relationships while maintaining organized case files and accurate billable time records.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license required; Pennsylvania Bar admission preferred.
• 5+ years of legal experience, including 4+ years focused on estate planning, probate, or related matters.
• Experience preparing estate planning documents and managing client cases.
• Familiarity with billable hours and legal timekeeping.
• Strong communication, drafting, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Elder law, guardianship, and estate administration experience preferred.
