Job Description - Estate Planning Attorney
Estate Planning Attorney - Help Us Show Clients Estate Planning Isn't Scary
Are you a darn good lawyer with a heart for helping families understand how best to plan their futures? Are you done with the stodgy, stagnant monoculture that exists at a lot of law offices? We are changing how people think about estate planning, and law firms in general, and we're adding an attorney to our team to help us make a lasting difference in our client's lives by helping them plan better for the future. Join us, and become a crucial part of a team that's redefining estate planning, one family at a time.
Compensation And Benefits
You'll earn competitive base compensation annually, with additional bonuses and growth opportunities. We've got you covered with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, and a retirement plan with matching contributions; paid time off, and 12 paid holidays; and we'll even help set up your own estate plan. We invest in our team's well-being, so they can bring their best for our clients every day.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ATTORNEY AT OUR FIRM
The primary responsibility of attorneys with us is to provide professional legal counsel, with clarity and compassion, to families who need help with estate planning or probate and trust administration.
You'll deliver presentations to clients that help them understand the tools we use to protect and pass on their estates. You'll help clients make informed decisions about how their plans should work. And once the plans are drafted, you'll help make sure their wishes are correctly communicated in their plans.
For estate planning and probate cases, you'll work with our supporting team of paralegals and legal assistants to ensure all legal documents are drafted correctly, clients' plans are funded properly, and that all legal filings are filed correctly and on time. You'll meet with team members regularly to provide feedback and, working together, continue to improve the quality and efficiency of our services and client communication.
