Key Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning documents: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies
• Support trust funding and estate planning processes
• Attend client meetings and document signing appointments
• Guide clients through completed estate plans and answer questions
• Maintain accurate legal files and client records
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely case completion

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of estate planning paralegal or legal assistant experience
