Location: Atlanta, GA — This is an in office opportunity at our main Atlanta area office, with the ability to take meetings in our satellite offices as needed.
Note: Must have an active Georgia Bar license and at least 1 year of directly relevant experience in estate planning and probate or elder law.

Job Description
- Advise clients on estate planning, elder law, probate, and long term care matters.
- Develop and implement customized estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
- Counsel clients and families regarding Medicaid planning, asset protection, and long term care strategies.
- Handle probate and estate administration matters from initial consultation through resolution.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and their families.
- Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and compassionately.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver a high level of client service.
- Participate in client meetings and, when appropriate, meetings at satellite offices.
- Contribute to a growing practice with opportunities to expand knowledge and take on increasing responsibility.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
- 1+ year of experience in estate planning and probate OR elder law.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively with a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping clients and families.
- Experience with trusts, wills, probate, Medicaid planning, or long term care planning is highly valued.
