 We’ve lived and breathed landscaping, interior plants, landscape design, and all things green. And from the beginning, we’ve known it doesn’t matter how well you treat plants if you don’t treat people better.  

Estates Maintenance Team Member:

This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of Engledow Residential clients' properties. Care and maintenance includes but is not limited to: watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, assisting in mowing as needed and snow removal in the winter, planting various plant and flower material, and trash removal, while completing tasks in the most safe and efficient manner. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain properties at Engledow Estates level of safety and quality

2. Understand the needs of each respective client

3. Understanding of plants and plant materials

4. Accomplish assigned work quickly and accurately always with quality in mind

5. Complete all necessary paperwork for payroll, utilize BOSS, and/or time sheets

6. Communicate with Estates Supervisor regarding issues at properties

7. Maintain all driving and safety standards during work

8. Participation on a designated team executing snow removal during the winter months

Requirements

Requires the ability to communicate in verbal formats with individuals in various management levels and of diverse backgrounds

-Must be service oriented to meet/exceed customers’ needs

-Must have the ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently

-Must be able to work in a group in an efficient and organized manner

-Candidates must be able to work flexible hours usually between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. Some weekend work is required.

-Reliable attendance is required to perform the job

-Ability to bend, kneel and lift up to 60 lbs

-Willingness to learn about landscaping procedures, equipment and plant material is essential

-Bilingual is a plus

-Drivers license preferred
