Job Summary
Do you have a passion for helping people to look and feel their best? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team.
As an esthetician, you will introduce clients to a variety of skincare products and services and work with them to achieve their skin health goals. Clients will rely on you for skin care product recommendations and treatments, including facial massage and waxing.

Responsibilities
- Provide skin and body treatments including waxing, brow/tinting, and facial massage.
- Advise clients on skin care options and best practices
- Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport
- Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician’s license
- Proven experience as an esthetician is preferred
- Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Cryoskin or Hydrafacial is preferred but not required
- Deep understanding of skin care techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of ethics
Founded in 2004, Insideout Health & Wellness is a premier alternative wellness center located in the heart of downtown Wenham at 162 Main St on the North Shore of Massachusetts. After 8 years, Victoria Varney, Owner of Insideout Health & Wellness, was able to make her dreams of expanding come true. In July 2012, she was given the opportunity to create a new space for the wellness center located at the back of the building, formerly known as the beloved Banbury Cross Children’s Book Store. Working with an architect to transform her vision into reality, Victoria celebrated her Grand Re-Opening on November 3, 2012 with a ribbon cutting ceremony and special guests Wenham selectmen. Victoria’s vision for the expansion enabled her to double her square footage allowing more staff, treatment rooms, and an additional wellness room where she can offer the community and surrounding areas a total body wellness destination.
