Position Summary

Amerejuve Medspa is seeking a skilled, dual-licensed Aesthetician and Laser Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
and is dedicated to helping clients achieve visible, lasting results.

The successful candidate will bring expertise in skin physiology, laser safety, and advanced cosmetic treatments, as well as exceptional communication and client service skills. This position plays an integral role in ensuring every client receives safe, effective, and personalized care that reflects Amerejuve’s gold standard of excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of skin care treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, and waxing.


• Safely operate laser and light-based devices for hair removal, IPL, skin rejuvenation, and corrective treatments in compliance with state and company standards.


• Conduct comprehensive consultations and skin analyses to identify client concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Provide detailed post-treatment care instructions and home-care product recommendations to optimize client results.


• Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships that encourage retention and referrals.


• Support the clinic’s business goals by promoting skincare products and complementary services.


• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitized workspace following OSHA, TDLR, and company safety protocols.


• Ensure all client documentation and treatment records are accurate and up-to-date.


• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay informed and engaged.


• Maintain and renew all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education.


• Assist with inventory management and communicate supply needs to management promptly.


• Uphold Amerejuve’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence
  at all times.

Qualifications

• Texas Esthetician License – Required


• Texas Laser Hair Removal Certification – Required


• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic and laser treatments


• Proven skill with laser and light-based devices for hair removal and skin rejuvenation


• Strong understanding of skin types, contraindications, and treatment customization


• Excellent communication, presentation, and sales abilities


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a luxury, client-centered environment


• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor


• High school diploma or equivalent required

Dual Licensure Required: Applicants must hold both a current Texas Esthetician License and Texas Laser Hair Removal Certification. Applicants who do not meet both requirements will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate:
  $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
