Position Overview

The Esthetician Instructor will be responsible for educating and inspiring the next generation of skincare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of skincare practices and techniques and be dedicated to fostering student success. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction, guiding students through hands-on training, and preparing them for careers in the esthetics industry.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in esthetics, including facials, skin analysis, hair removal, and makeup application
• Develop and implement curriculum to meet industry standards and licensing requirements
• Provide students with practical experience through demonstrations and hands-on activities
• Offer feedback and mentorship to students
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe learning environment

Qualifications

• Current Instructor License in Washington, DC (Required)
• Minimum of  three (3) years of professional experience in esthetics
• Prior teaching experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for skincare and educating future professionals
