• Perform professional skincare consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide exceptional client care while delivering high-quality treatments.
• Perform facial treatments, back treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other esthetic enhancement services as offered.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
• Accurately maintain client documentation
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to sanitation and infection control standards.
• Promote retail products and advanced treatment options
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to remain current with new treatments, devices, and industry trends.
• Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation through follow-up.

• Current Illinois Esthetician License
• An outgoing and friendly client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
• Thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, wellness, and continued education
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with advanced treatments is preferred but not required
• Willingness to become certified and trained in new procedures as the practice expands
