Your Role:
As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be a key figure in the education of future estheticians. You will deliver in-depth instructional sessions on skincare techniques, makeup application, and other esthetic services, ensuring students are equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging lectures and hands-on training in esthetics.
• Assess student performance and provide detailed feedback.
• Foster a positive and effective learning environment.
• Update and develop curriculum in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with faculty to uphold educational quality and mission.
• Monday-Friday 5:00-10:00pm cst

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetics license in the state of Illinois is required.
• Must possess an Educator License for Beauty Culture in Illinois.
• Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and mentorship.
• Able to adapt instructional methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
