Your Role:
As an Esthetics Instructor, you will educate and mentor students in the art and science of esthetics, covering essential topics such as skincare, makeup application, and advanced beauty techniques. Your passion for teaching will inspire students, guiding them towards achieving their career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions in esthetics.
• Evaluate and assess students, providing feedback to enhance their skills.
• Create a motivational and organized classroom environment.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets state educational standards.
• Work collaboratively with faculty to ensure educational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Esthetics license in the state of Indiana.
• Necessary to have an Indiana State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A genuine passion for educating and guiding future beauty industry professionals.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning preferences.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
