Your Role:
As an Esthetics Teacher, you will play a vital role in training aspiring estheticians by delivering high-quality instruction in a range of topics including skincare, makeup application, and esthetic techniques. Your expertise will help motivate and guide students to achieve their career goals in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans that address industry trends and student needs.
• Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations in a professional and engaging manner.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage their development.
• Create and maintain a supportive and informative learning environment.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure curriculum alignment and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Active State of Indiana Esthetician License required.
• Active State of Indiana Educator License required
• Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in esthetics, is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide effective instructions.
• A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
