Your Role:
As an Esthetics Teacher, you will be instrumental in educating students on the fundamental aspects of esthetics, including skincare, makeup application, and ongoing beauty trends. Your expertise will help shape the skills and confidence of our students, preparing them for successful careers in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations in various esthetic techniques.
• Monitor and assess student performance, providing feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Maintain a positive and organized classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the growth of the academic program.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid State of Illinois Educator License.
• Demonstrated experience in esthetics, including proficiency in skincare and makeup application.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting student development.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
