Your Role:
As an Esthetics Teacher, you will be pivotal in shaping the skills and careers of aspiring beauty experts. Your responsibilities will involve delivering hands-on instruction in skincare, makeup application, and aesthetic treatments, ensuring students are equipped to excel in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging lesson plans in line with educational standards and student needs.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and provide hands-on training in various esthetic techniques.
• Evaluate student performance and offer guidance and support for improvement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and organized classroom environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the esthetics field to enhance the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active State of Indiana Educator License.
• Mush have an active State of Indiana Esthetics License.
• A valid esthetics license with demonstrated expertise in skincare and makeup.
• Prior teaching experience in beauty education is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong passion for mentoring and educating future beauty professionals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
