Estimating and Inside Sales

TECH Control Systems, Inc. is well established but still growing. We are a systems integration company that furnishes & installs Parking Systems, Card Access Systems and Video Surveillance Systems. We are seeking a talented Estimator and Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Van Nuys, CA office.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide bids to; Developers, Parking Operators, Consultants, Property Managers, General and electrical contractors


• Coordinate marketing campaigns designed to generate new sales opportunities


• Maintain timely and accurate entry of activities in sales database


• Prospect with calls, emails, mailers, bids, marketing data, etc.


• Follow up and close sales from leads and recurring customer base

Qualifications:

• 1+ years estimating or inside sales experience preferred


• Basic Microsoft Office skills


• Organized and detail oriented


• Phone skills


• Communication skills


• Good attitude


• Self-Motivator

*College a plus

*Company and Factory training upon hire.

Compensation:
