As an Estimating Assistant with Burdg-Dunham, you’ll be responsible for calling subcontractors across the nation to solicit bids and meet project needs. Also responsible for contacting mall management and other entities while entering the data. This role is vital in our success as a retail general contractor.

Requirements:
· Customer service skills are a must. A good portion of the day will be calling different businesses. Please make sure you are comfortable making multiple phone calls a day.
· Ability to speak, read, and communicate clearly.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Able to multi-task and handle time efficiently with pressing deadlines.
· Willing to work as a team player.
