Estimating Assistant

Position:

The Estimating Assistant will support our estimating team by handling change orders, reviewing project plans, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. This is an entry-level position—No prior experience required. Construction experience is a plus. We will provide training and guidance to help the right candidate succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and comparing project plans for changes
• Prepare and track change orders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support the estimating team with various administrative tasks
• Help ensure deadlines are met by staying organized and detail-oriented
