We're specialized in vertical transportation  and safety and security solutions of various brands. we supply, install, modernize and provide maintenance services.

We have a vacancy for an estimate engineer.

Performing detailed tender review including contractual and commercial terms and proper risk analysis

* Preparing accurate cost estimation and competitive techno-commercial offers

* Building a data base of vendors

* Preparing variation estimation

* Coordinating with Project Execution team and commercial for monitoring costs, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations and claims

Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions. Gather proposals, specifications and related documents.

 Must have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

* Must have at least 3 years experience

* Must be Able to co-ordinate all tendering functions to ensure good liaison and co-operation between internal departments and external suppliers/vendors

* Must have excellent business and commercial acumen

* Must be a self-motivated, enthusiastic leader with strong leadership and organisational skills

* Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
