Estimator

Description

 The Estimator supports management, sales, production staff, and other administrative areas by providing timely and accurate financial projections, price quotations, contracts, and profit analyses. Work is performed under general supervision. Must be able to exercise moderate level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks and prioritizing work 

Requirements

 PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Perform financial analyses, including forecasts, projections, and historical assessments 

· Produce quotes for new work and operations not covered by existing contracts 

· Compile and administer customer contracts, including the update of price schedules and contract terms 

· Facilitate the management approvals required for price levels and contract terms 

· Utilize Excel and Estimating Software Modules.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a printing industry admin role (5 Years preferred) or 3 years’ experience estimating in another field
• HS Diploma or equivalent (AS/BS preferred)
• Beginner to Intermediate Excel ability or equivalent
• EFI Estimating Modules preferred

PHYSICAL REQUREMENTS

· Office Environment: Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time and use office equipment including but not limited to computers, printers, phones. Must also be able to move throughout the manufacturing plant as necessary.
