Job Description - Estimator

This growing, local business is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating with the ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively.

Complete and deliver accurate painting estimates to clients.

Collaborate with production teams on all jobs sold.

Utilize painting software to organize and pass critical job details.

Provide timely and detailed painting proposals to clients.

Deliver an exceptional client experience through the sales process.

Assess project sites to measure surfaces and identify specific job needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales within the trades.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency with tech, including estimation or CRM software.

Valid driver's license to travel to local estimate appointments.
