Adecco (Norwood) has partnered with a client in Cincinnati OH to locate an Estimator/Project Manager. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunities!

The Estimators main job duties include but are not limited too:
Submittals (shop drawing and material)
Organize job files
Estimate quantities of materials
Set up scheduling of jobs
Help transfer information to the field
Attend job scheduling meeting with piers
Track Job Cost (very easy)
Approve billing on AIA forms
Compile/organize RFP on bid board
Communicate with piers about what jobs to plan on bidding
Print plans or download info for future bids
Pre bid job site visit
Meeting with Clients for scope review
Compile scope and quantities of project that are bid
Walk threw scope and quantities in a pier review to finalize project pricing
Type up proposal and send out
Track projects that have been bid
Attend safety meetings as needed
Help where needed when needed

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
