Estimator Electrical

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical cost estimates for projects based on plans and specifications.
• Review and analyze project documents to determine scope of work and identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate project budgets.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers while obtaining competitive quotations.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and associated documents for future reference.
• Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and regulations that affect electrical estimation.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimation or a related role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
