To Apply for this Job Click HereWe are looking for a Sr. Estimator for Heavy Civil/Underground Wet Utilites in Northern NJ. Stable Company, plenty of work. If you have 10+ years expeirence in this field, energy, enthusiasm, and a drive, and looking to be part of a sucessful team, then we would really like to speak with you!
Estimator Civil/Underground Utilities Responsibilities:
- Working with Project Managers and other team members, review contracts and construction documents, attend meetings, assemble bid files, and review estimated vs actual costs
- Prepare bid documents and cost estimates from start to finish including labor, equipment costs and construction methods
- Observe and act as a resourse for management with changes, provide cost information and cost estimates
Estimator Civil/Underground Utilities Requirements:
- 10+years similar estimating with 5+in a Sr. position
- Bachelors in Construction Management, Engineering or similar related field
- Business Development and Project Management a plus
- Proficient inHeavy Bid and Microsoft products
